2. A recent passport-size photograph enclosed with the application. The name of the candidate must be written on the reverse side of the photograph.
3. One self-addressed envelope measuring 5 cm × 11 cm, affixing a postage stamp of ₹10/-.
4. A signed Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
5. Certificates of Good Character from two respectable persons who are well acquainted with the candidate, but not related to the candidate.
6. A copy of the Employment Exchange Registration Certificate/Number and relevant details.
7. Valid Caste/Tribe Certificate, wherever applicable.
8. NOC from the present employer, wherever applicable.
9. Any other documents required to support the information provided in the application.
