Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a graduate degree in any stream (Arts, Science or Commerce) from a UGC-recognized university.

2. Demonstrator

• No. of Posts: 1
• Grade: III
• Pay Band: Pay Band-2
• Scale of Pay: Rs. 14,000–70,000
• Grade Pay: Rs. 6,200 per month

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed HSLC and possess a two-year certificate course in Textile/Handloom Technology.

3. Peon/Jugali

• No. of Posts: 3
• Grade: IV
• Pay Band: Pay Band-1
• Scale of Pay: Rs. 12,000–52,000
• Grade Pay: Rs. 3,900 per month

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed Class VIII.

Dima Hasao Recruitment 2026 – Age Limit

• Candidates must not be less than 18 years and must not exceed 40 years of age.

Age Relaxation

• Age relaxation will be applicable as per applicable Government rules.

• Candidates must attach self-attested copies of the following documents along with their prescribed application forms:

1. Certificates and mark sheets in support of educational qualifications.
2. Age Proof Certificate.
3. Employment Exchange Registration Card (up to date).
4. Residential Proof.
5. Caste Certificate.
6. Two recent passport-size photographs.
7. Autonomous Council Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten).

• Candidates are required to submit an Autonomous Council Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 10 along with the application.

Selection Process

For Junior Inspector/Auditor (Coop.)

• Eligible candidates must appear in a written examination of 100 marks covering the following subjects:

• English

• General Knowledge

• Clerical Aptitude

• Candidates will also have to appear in a Viva-Voce.

For Demonstrator

The selection process will consist of:

• Written Test covering General Knowledge, Fabric Structure and Analysis, and Weaving Mechanism.

• Practical/Viva-Voce examination for shortlisted candidates.

• Candidates appearing for the Viva-Voce must bring their original documents for verification.

For Peon/Jugali

1. Candidates applying for the Peon/Jugali posts will have to appear in a Viva-Voce examination. The schedule, date, time and venue will be mentioned in the Admit Card.

• Candidates must collect their Admit Cards in person from the office receipt counter after submitting their applications.
• Candidates appearing for the Viva-Voce must bring their original documents for verification.
• No Call Letters will be sent through post.
• The selection and appointment procedures will be strictly followed as per existing Government rules.
