EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. For Staff Nurse

• Number of Posts: 64
• Monthly Salary: ₹53,880

Educational Qualification

• GNM with Diploma in Oncology Nursing, OR
• Basic B.Sc. Nursing, OR
• Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• Qualification must be recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.
• Nursing Council Registration: Applicants must be eligible for registration with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or the concerned State Nursing Council.

Experience

• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital with 50 or more beds.
• Clinical experience acquired before Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing will also be considered.
• Hepatitis-B vaccination should be completed.

Age Limit

• Maximum 29 years
• A relaxation of up to 5 years in the upper age limit is available for in-service candidates of Tata Memorial Centre (TMC).

2. For Staff Nurse Grade-II

• Number of Posts: 42
• Monthly Salary: ₹57,120

Educational Qualification

• GNM with Diploma in Oncology Nursing, OR
• B.Sc. Nursing, OR
• Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• Qualification must be obtained from a recognized institution.
• Nursing Council Registration: Applicants must be eligible for registration with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or the concerned State Nursing Council.

Experience

• Minimum five years of clinical experience in a 100-bedded hospital.
• Clinical experience acquired before Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing will also be considered.
• Hepatitis-B vaccination should be completed.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in oncology services.
• Administrative experience.
• Hospital administration course.

Age Limit

• Maximum 34 years.
• A relaxation of up to 5 years in the upper age limit is available for in-service candidates of Tata Memorial Centre (TMC).

3.For Leading Fireman

• Number of Posts: 3
• Monthly Salary: ₹30,600

Educational Qualification

• Passed Class 12 or equivalent examination.
• Fire training from a State Fire Service Academy or Diploma in Fire & Safety recognized by the appropriate authority.

Experience

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience in hospitals, hotels or industries.
• Knowledge of firefighting systems and suppression systems will be advantageous.

Additional Requirements

• Valid LMV and two-wheeler driving licence.

• Record maintenance.
• Dispatch work.
• Photocopy machine operation.
• Office assistance.
• Cleaning and dusting work.

5. For Trade Helper

• Number of Posts: 10

Educational Qualification

• HSLC/10th Pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in maintenance and upkeep activities.
• Experience in ICU, Operation Theatre, Diagnostics Services, Laboratory, Engineering Sections or similar work environments.

6. For Clerk cum Telephone Operator

• Number of Posts: 4
• Monthly Salary: ₹23,880

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Telephone Operator Course certificate.

Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in handling EPABX or exchange board systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, Hindi and the local Assamese language.

SELECTION PROCESS

Candidates may be shortlisted and called for:

• Written Examination- 100 Marks
• Skill Test
• Interview

Examination Pattern

The written examination may consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and/or descriptive questions carrying a total of 100 marks.

DURATION OF APPOINTMENT
