EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

• Graduate in Mining Engineering from a University or Institution recognized by the Government.
• OR
• Passed Part A & Part B of AMIE (India) in Mining Engineering, provided the candidate enrolled in the AMIE course on or before 31-05-2013.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
• Permanent Resident Certificate(PRC) issued in Assam for educational purpose or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate will be accepted as proof of residency.

AGE LIMIT

As on 01-01-2026:

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 38 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC/MOBC Candidates: 3 years
• PwBD Candidates: 10 years

SALARY

• Pay Scale - Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/-
• Grade Pay - Rs. 12,700/-
• Pay Band - PB - 4
