PLACE OF DUTY
The selected candidate will normally work at the:
- Office of the State Health Agency (SHA), Assam
- The Operations Manager will work under the overall guidance and supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), SHA.
JOB PURPOSE
The Operations Manager will provide support for the successful implementation of AA-MMLSAY. The selected candidate will assist the CEO, oversee proposals received from the field level, and ensure efficient implementation of the scheme across Assam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with Departments, Service Associations, ISA and eligible beneficiaries of AA-MMLSAY.
- Increasing the registration count of AA-MMLSAY beneficiaries.
- Supervising the Key Control System regarding claim verification and speedy disposal.
- Monitoring swift settlement of claims received from the field level.
- Designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different activities under the scheme.
- Ensuring compliance with implementation guidelines of AA-MMLSAY.
- Monitoring performance outcomes of functionaries and entities involved in the scheme.
- Conducting registration camps in districts, residential quarters of Government employees and headquarters.
- Performing any other responsibilities assigned by the CEO.
