CAN CANDIDATES FROM OTHER SATES APPLY
Yes. Candidates from all states of India can apply for APSSB CHSL Recruitment 2026 if they meet the eligibility criteria. However:
- They will be considered under the UR (Unreserved) category only.
- They are not eligible for APST reservation or APST age relaxation.
- Out of 207 vacancies, 42 vacancies are available under the UR category, which are open to eligible candidates from other states as well.
- Reserved category candidates from other States/UTs will be considered under the Unreserved (UR) category for Recruitment Arunachal Pradesh.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1. Agriculture Field Assistant (Jr)
- Class XII (Science) passed from a recognised Board/Institution.
2. Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- Class XII passed.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Application recognised by AICTE/APCTE.
3. Field Assistant
- Class XII with Mathematics/Geography
- OR
- Class XII with Survey Course from a Government recognised ITI.
4. Fishery Demonstrator
- Class XII (Science) with Biology as one of the subjects.
5. Junior Secretariat Assistant
- Class XII passed.
- English typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Application.
6. Laboratory Assistant
- Essential: Class XII (Science).
- Desirable: Diploma in Laboratory Technology.
7. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Class XII passed.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Application.
- Additional eligibility applies for LDC under Directorate of Sainik Welfare for Ex-servicemen.
8. Record Keeper/Record Clerk
- Class XII or equivalent.
- One-year Diploma in Computer Application.
