Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Management Trainee (Welfare) – West Bengal
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Labour & Social Welfare recognized by the Government of West Bengal or Labour Welfare Officer's Training Course.
- Knowledge of Bengali and Hindi.
- Experience:-Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
2. Management Trainee (Welfare) – Assam
- Degree/Diploma in Labour Welfare or Social Science recognized by the Government of Assam.
- Adequate knowledge of Assamese and Hindi.
- Experience:-Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
3. Assistant Manager
- Graduate in Plantation Management/Engineering/Agriculture/Bio-Science/Science/Arts/Commerce.
- Preferably PG Degree/Diploma (2 years) in HR, Personnel Management, Management or Agriculture Science.
- Experience:-Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
4. Assistant Officer GR-II (Sales)
- Diploma in Marketing/Material Management/Engineering/BBA or Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce.
- Freshers are eligible.
5. Additional Officer GR-I
- Diploma in Engineering or Graduate Degree in Science/Commerce/Management/Bio Science/Plantation.
- Experience:-Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience.
