West Assam Milk Producers' Cooperative Union Ltd. (WAMUL), popularly known as Purabi, has released an official recruitment notification on behalf of North East Dairy & Foods Limited (NEDFL). The recruitment is being conducted for several contract-based positions in different locations across Assam.

Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Deputy/Assistant Manager (Marketing & Sales – Fresh Segment)

Qualification

• Full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent from a recognized institute/university.

Experience

• For Deputy Manager: Minimum 6 years of full-time experience in Marketing & Sales in the Dairy, FMCG, FMCD, or Retail sector.
• 4 years' experience for Assistant Manager. or
• For Assistant Manager: Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in the same field, including at least 1 year of team handling.
• Note: Full-time graduates with 4 years or more of relevant experience may also apply.

2. Deputy/Assistant Manager (Marketing & Sales – Frozen Segment)

Qualification

• Full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent from a recognized institute/university.

Experience

• For Deputy Manager: Minimum 6 years of full-time experience in Marketing & Sales in the Dairy, FMCG, FMCD, or Retail sector.
• For Assistant Manager: Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in the same field.
• Preference: Candidates having at least 2 years of experience in the frozen products or ice cream business at Executive level or above will be preferred.

3. Executive (Sales-Projects)

Qualification

• Full-time Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
• Preference for MBA candidates with experience in government liaisoning, civil engineering projects, event management, etc.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in administration, civil engineering projects, or event management.

4. Assistant (Sales & Distribution – Fresh Segment)

Qualification

• Full-time Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Distribution in the Dairy, FMCG, or FMCD sector.

5. Assistant (Sales & Distribution – Frozen Segment)

Qualification

• Full-time Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Distribution in the Dairy, FMCG, or FMCD sector.
• Preference: Candidates with experience in the frozen products or ice cream business will be given preference.

6. Executive / Jr. Executive (Finance & Accounts)

Qualification

• Full-time B.Com from a recognized institute/university.
• Preference for CA Inter, CMA Inter, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualifications.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts in a reputed organization.
• Preference: Experience in the Dairy or FMCG sector will be preferred.

Age Limit

• The advertisement does not mention any age limit.

Salary

• Selected candidates will receive remuneration as per WAMUL/NEDFL norms.
