Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must possess:
- Full-time B.Com from a recognized Institute/University.
- Candidates having other or higher qualifications are not eligible to apply.
Experience
(a) For Sr. Assistant
- Minimum 3 years of full-time relevant experience.
(a) For Assistant
- Minimum 1 year of full-time relevant experience.
Relevant experience should be in:
- Billing, Accounts or Finance
- Data Management
- Financial Reporting
- MIS Report Preparation
- DPR Preparation
- ERP/Tally Operations
- Data Reconciliation
- Related Administrative Functions
Preference: Experience in the Dairy, Cooperative, or Rural Development sector will be considered an added advantage.
Language Requirement
Candidates should have working knowledge of any two of the following languages:
- English
- Assamese
- Hindi
- Knowledge of any indigenous language of Assam will be an added advantage.
Computer Skills
Applicants must have knowledge of:
- Tally Accounting Software
- ERP Software
- MS Office
- MS Excel
- Other computer applications
- A Computer Proficiency Certificate must be produced.
Additional Skills / Desirable Qualities
Candidates should have:
- Ability to work effectively in flexible shifts.
- Good proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare, analyze and present: Billing Reports , MIS Reports , DPR Reports ,Monthly Reports , Quarterly Reports
Age Limit & Date of Birth
- Age is calculation as on 01 January 2026
- Maximum Age : 32 Years (Candidate Should Be Born On or After 02 January 1993)
- Age Relaxation: Extraordinary/Outstanding Candidates or Candidates with Relevant Experience will get Up to 3 Years age relaxation (as per WAMUL discretion)

- ₹3.92 Lakhs to ₹6.53 Lakhs per annum
