West Assam Milk Producers' Co-operative Union Ltd. (WAMUL), popularly known as Purabi Dairy, has released an official recruitment notification for the post of Sr. Assistant/Assistant (Procurement & Input) on a contractual basis. The initial appointment will be for 2 years. Candidates having a full-time B.Com degree along with relevant experience in billing, accounts, finance, ERP/Tally operations, MIS reporting, and related administrative work can apply online through the official recruitment portal.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must possess:

• Full-time B.Com from a recognized Institute/University.
• Candidates having other or higher qualifications are not eligible to apply.

Experience

(a) For Sr. Assistant

• Minimum 3 years of full-time relevant experience.

(a) For Assistant

• Minimum 1 year of full-time relevant experience.

Relevant experience should be in:

• Billing, Accounts or Finance
• Data Management
• Financial Reporting
• MIS Report Preparation
• DPR Preparation
• ERP/Tally Operations
• Data Reconciliation
• Related Administrative Functions

Preference: Experience in the Dairy, Cooperative, or Rural Development sector will be considered an added advantage.

Language Requirement

Candidates should have working knowledge of any two of the following languages:

• English
• Assamese
• Hindi
• Knowledge of any indigenous language of Assam will be an added advantage.

Computer Skills

Applicants must have knowledge of:

• Tally Accounting Software
• ERP Software
• MS Office
• MS Excel
• Other computer applications
• A Computer Proficiency Certificate must be produced.

Additional Skills / Desirable Qualities

Candidates should have:

• Ability to work effectively in flexible shifts.
• Good proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare, analyze and present: Billing Reports , MIS Reports , DPR Reports ,Monthly Reports , Quarterly Reports

Age Limit & Date of Birth

• Age is calculation as on 01 January 2026
• Maximum Age : 32 Years (Candidate Should Be Born On or After 02 January 1993)
• Age Relaxation: Extraordinary/Outstanding Candidates or Candidates with Relevant Experience will get Up to 3 Years age relaxation (as per WAMUL discretion)

Salary

• ₹3.92 Lakhs to ₹6.53 Lakhs per annum
