Assam D.El.Ed PET Admit Card 2026 Released – Download SCERT Hall Ticket for 12 July Exam

The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam has officially released the Assam D.El.Ed PET Admit Card 2026 for candidates appearing in the Pre-Entry Test (PET) 2026. Registered applicants can now download their hall ticket from the official PET portal. The Assam D.El.Ed PET 2026 will be conducted on 12 July 2026 for admission into the 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course for the academic session 2026–2028. Candidates should download their admit card, verify all details carefully, and carry a printed copy along with a valid photo ID to the examination centre.

ASSAM D.El.Ed PET 2026 SCHEDULE

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Minimum Marks Required

• For General Category: 50%
• For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Category: 45%

Candidates must also be permanent residents of Assam.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Appear in PET Examination

Candidates must appear in the Pre-Entry Test (PET) on the scheduled date. The exam will be conducted  by SCERT Assam in offline mode with MCQ type questions.

Merit List & Counselling

After declaration of PET result:

• Merit list will be published
• Qualified candidates will be called for counselling
• Seat allotment will be done based on merit and reservation policy

RESERVATION OF SEEATS

• 30% seats reserved for Science stream candidates
• 70% seats reserved for Arts and other stream candidates
