TENDER DETAILS

1. The tender includes supply of office stationery and small equipment items.
2. Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Non-refundable) must be affixed.
3. Only registered local suppliers/firms are eligible to participate.
4. The engagement includes supply of items listed in Annexure-B and other miscellaneous services for office use.
5. Interested bidders may visit the office during working hours for clarification.
6. Tender documents, terms & conditions can be downloaded from the official website.

Interested and eligible bidders must follow these steps to apply for the tender:

1. Download Tender Documents: Visit the Official Website given in the table below and download the Notice Inviting Tender along with terms and conditions.
2. Prepare Quotation: Prepare Quotation, Mention item rates clearly as per Annexure, Attach necessary documents (registration proof, GST, etc.).
3. Attach Court Fee Stamp: Affix a Non-refundable Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8.25 on the tender/quotation document.
4. Seal the Envelope : Place all documents in a sealed envelope, Superscribe the envelope with: “Tender for Supply of Office Stationery & Small Equipments (2026–27)”
5. Submit the Tender: Submit the sealed quotation to: Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati, Assam
