ELIGIBILITY
Only registered contractors of the Water Resources Department are eligible to participate in the quotation process.

- Rates must be quoted clearly in both words and figures.
- Quoted rates should be inclusive of applicable GST and other taxes.
- Conditional quotations and Xerox copies will not be accepted.
- No claim for advance action before issue of work order .
- Quotations must be duly signed by the authorized person of the firm.
- Incomplete, conditional, or improperly submitted quotations are liable to be rejected.
- Materials and services will be procured only as per the actual requirements of the department.
- Payment will be released subject to the availability of government funds and completion of required formalities.
- Contractors must comply with all applicable departmental rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
- Applicants should submit valid registration, GST, and other relevant documents as required.
- Supplies and materials must conform to the specifications prescribed by the department.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Interested contractors should submit their sealed quotations affixed with a non-refundable court fee stamp of ₹8.25 to the office of the Executive Engineer, Hojai Water Resources Division, Hojai on or before 27 June 2026 up to 2:00 PM.
