The Office of the Co-District Commissioner, Demow has issued an official Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for the supply of relief materials required for disaster management purposes during the year 2026-27. Interested licensed firms and traders can submit their quotations within the specified date and time.

Sealed quotations affixing court fee stamps of Rs. 8.25 (Non-Refundable) are invited from firms/traders having valid licenses for supply of relief materials that may be required for distribution to disaster affected people of Demow Co-District during the year 2026-27.

The relief materials may be used during emergencies caused by:

• Flood
• Storm
• Fire
• Earthquake
• Other Natural Disaster

Interested individual firms or parties may submit their quotations in the Tender Box during office hours on working days within 21 days from the date of notification.

• Applicants must possess a valid trade/license for supply of materials.
• Quotations should be submitted in sealed cover.
• A court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 must be affixed with the tender document.
• Interested bidders or their authorized representatives may remain present during the opening of the tender
