General Terms & Conditions
- The sealed quotations must be superscribed as: “Quotation for the Office Tables and Chairs”
- The quotation must include the following documents: Copy of PAN Card, Copy of valid Trade License, Copy of GST Registration Certificate
- The quoted price should be Inclusive of all taxes (clearly mentioned separately)
- Price Validity should be till 31 May 2026
- The Registrar General, Gauhati High Court Reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation (partial or full), & is not bound to accept the lowest quotation
- The authority may terminate the contract if Materials supplied are of poor or substandard quality
