The selected contractor will be responsible for carrying out repair works for the following items:

Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms/suppliers should fulfil the following requirements:

• Must possess a valid GST Registration Certificate.
• Must have a valid Firm Registration Certificate.
• PAN Card is mandatory.
• Income Tax Clearance Certificate must be submitted.
• The bidder should have experience in similar repair and maintenance works.

Bid Submission Guidelines

Bidders should ensure the following while preparing their quotations:

• Affix a Court Fee Stamp of ₹8.25 on the quotation.
• Quotations should be typed or neatly written in ink without overwriting or corrections.
• Rates must be quoted item-wise, mentioning the brand and company name, inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges.
• Earnest Money must be submitted in the form of KVP/NSC, duly pledged in favour of the Commandant, 1st Assam Commando Battalion, Mandakata, North Guwahati-30.

Security Deposit

The successful bidder will be required to deposit 1% of the total contract value as a Security Deposit before commencement of the work.
