The Mising Autonomous Council (MAC), Gogamukh, Dhemaji has released an official notification inviting online applications under the “Tabu Taid Siksha Jyoti Asoni” scheme for the year 2026. Students who secured 60% or above marks in the HSLC and HS examinations are eligible to apply for this financial incentive scheme.

SCHOLARSHIP OVERVIEW

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:

• Applicants must have secured 60% or above marks in HSLC or HS Examination 2026.
• Students residing under the notified villages of Mising Autonomous Council (MAC) areas are eligible.
• Mising students residing anywhere in India may also apply.

SELECTION PROCESS

Selection of candidates will be done strictly on:

• Merit basis
• Income basis

Applications will be scrutinized, shortlisted, and recommended by a Selection Committee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The financial incentive does not guarantee any employment.
• Any dispute related to the scheme will fall under the jurisdiction of Dhemaji, Assam.
• MAC reserves the right to alter, modify, interpret, or withdraw the scheme without prior notice.
• Financial incentive will be provided only after final approval of the General Council and subject to availability of funds.
• Candidates shall have no entitlement or right to claim financial incentive.
• Any canvassing or undue influence may lead to cancellation of candidature.

HOW TO APPLY

Candidates who are eligible for the MAC Scholarship Scheme 2026 can complete the online application process by following the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Register with WhatsApp OTP

• Visit the official MAC scholarship portal given in the link of the table below
• Create your account using your mobile number.
• An OTP will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number for verification.

Step 2: Fill the Online Application Form

Applicants need to enter the following details carefully:

• Personal Details
• Academic Information
• Address Details-District, Constituency, Panchayat, Village
• Bank Account Details

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

Applicants must upload scanned copies of the following documents in PDF or JPG format:

• Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID / Driving Licence
• HSLC or HS Marksheet
• Pass Certificate
• Caste Certificate
• Bank Passbook (First Page)
• Recent Passport Size Photograph

Maximum File Size: 2 MB per file.

Step 4: Preview & Submit Application

• Carefully review all entered details before final submission.
• Submit the application form online.
• After successful submission, a unique application reference number will be generated.

Step 5: Download Acknowledgement Receipt

• Candidates can download the PDF acknowledgement receipt after submission.
• A copy of the acknowledgement will also be sent to the registered WhatsApp number.
