• For Data Entry Operator (DEO)/ DEO Grade „A‟ in Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Staff Selection Commission and Ministry of Culture: 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
• The required educational qualification must be possessed on or before 07 October 2026.

The SSC CHSL 2026 Selection Process consists of the following stages:

• Tier-I Computer-Based Examination
• Tier-II Computer-Based Examination
• Computer Knowledge Test – Qualifying in nature
• Skill Test / Typing Test – Qualifying in nature, as applicable to the post. For LDC/JSA: - English typing speed of 35 words per minute (wpm) or Hindi typing speed of 30 wpm and for DEO - Skill Test at 8,000 KDPH or 15,000 KDPH, depending on the post where you are Applied
