Job Responsibilities

Fine Arts Teacher

The Fine Arts teacher will be responsible for teaching Fine Arts at the secondary level and may be required to:

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching-learning materials.
• Conduct theory and practical classes.
• Evaluate students and maintain academic records.
• Teach drawing, painting, sketching, design, craft, composition and colour theory.
• Encourage creativity and artistic development.
• Organize exhibitions, competitions and art-related activities.
• Guide students for recognised competitions and portfolio/project work.
• Maintain art materials and Fine Arts resources.
• Perform examination-related duties.
• Participate in school assemblies, cultural programmes, workshops, meetings and other institutional activities.

Physical Education Teacher

The Physical Education teacher will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship and holistic development. Duties include:

• Preparing physical education and fitness plans.
• Conducting physical training and practical activities.
• Organizing games, sports, yoga, athletics and drills.
• Identifying and developing sporting talent.
• Preparing students for recognised competitions.
• Promoting teamwork, discipline and fair play.
• Ensuring safety and injury-prevention measures.
