• Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Experience Required

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the Company Secretary Department of a Central PSU, State PSU, Public Limited Company, or Private Company.

Desirable Knowledge

• Companies Act and related Rules & Regulations
• SCRA
• SEBI Regulations
• Listing Requirements with Stock Exchanges, etc.
