Age Limit

Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess either:
- Engineering Graduate Degree from a recognized University/Institute, OR
- Graduate Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience Required
Preference will be given to candidates having:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, Shipbuilding, or Manufacturing sectors; and/or
- Experience in handling Industry 4.0 projects or knowledge of emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
The Director will serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Industry 4.0 Innovation Centre and will be responsible for:
- Strategic planning and implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Establishment and management of Hi-Tech Tool Room and Service Bureau facilities.
- Promotion of AI, Digital Twin, 3D Printing, Industrial IoT, Robotics, 5G Applications, Cloud Computing, and other advanced technologies.
- Building partnerships with industries, startups, academic institutions, and international organizations.
- Managing administration, finance, operations, training, research, and innovation programs.
Duration of Appointment
The appointment shall be for:
- 3 years initially.
- Extendable by 2 additional years.
- Maximum age limit during tenure: 65 years.
