EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning content development.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and pedagogical techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in multimedia content creation will be an added advantage.

Desirable

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards is desirable.

AGE LIMIT

• Maximum Age - 35 Years ( Candidates must be born after 19 June 1991 )

Age Relaxation 

• SC/ST :5 years
• OBC : 3 years
• PwBD : 10 years

SALARY

• Basic Pay of ₹25,000 per month plus IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance), with higher pay applicable based on relevant work experience.

TENURE & PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT

• Performance Review: Conducted every 6 months, with a final assessment in the 11th month.
