EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1. For Registrar & Controller of Examination
Educational qualification
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Experience
- 15 years experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above; OR
- 8 years service in Academic Level-12 and above, including Associate Professor experience with educational administration; OR
- Comparable experience in a Research Establishment or Higher Educational Institution; OR
- 15 years administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent post.
Desirable Qualification
- Experience in conducting or assisting University/College Examinations.
- Experience in examination-related administrative work.
- Ability to handle confidential academic assignments.
- Working knowledge of Computers and Networking.
2. For Deputy Registrar
Educational qualification
- Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Experience
- 9 years experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 or above, including 3 years in Educational Administration; OR
- Comparable experience in a Research Establishment or Higher Educational Institution; OR
- 5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent post.
Desirable Qualification
- Degree in Law, Management, or Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience in Computer Applications and e-Office Systems.
- Experience in Establishment, Academic, or Financial Administration in an Academic or Research Organization.
3. For Deputy Controller of Examination
Educational qualification
- Master's Degree in any subject with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Experience
- 9 years experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 and above with Educational Administration experience; OR
- Comparable experience in a Research Establishment or Higher Educational Institution; OR
- 5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent post.
Desirable Qualification
- Experience in conducting or assisting University/College/Institution Examinations.
- Experience in examination-related executive-level work.
- Ability to handle confidential examination assignments.
- Proficiency in the Computerisation of Examination Work.
- Working knowledge of Computers and Networking.
4. For Finance Officer
Educational qualification
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts in a University, Government Organization, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or Research Organization; OR
- Minimum 5 years of management-level experience in Finance and Accounts in a Government Organization, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or Research Organization after obtaining ICWAI/ICAI qualification or MBA (Finance).
Desirable Qualification
- Master's Degree in Commerce with a Finance background.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Finance, Accounts, and Store Management.
- Knowledge of Tally and other relevant software.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
