• Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Walk-in Interview.
• For the Copyist post, a Handwriting Test in both English and Assamese will also be conducted.
• For the Data Entry Operator post, a Typing Test including office productivity software tools in computer will be conducted.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of Dhubri district.

Documents Required

Candidates must bring the duly filled Standard Form of Application along with self-attested copies of the required documents, including:

• Educational qualification certificates and marksheets
• Proof of age
• Address proof
• Experience certificate, if any
• Two recent passport-size colour photographs with the candidate's full signature on the front and back side
• Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
• Computer Diploma/Certificate
• Other relevant supporting documents
