EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Candidates must have passed HSLC from a recognized board
- Candidates must possess a valid Driving License (LMV/Four Wheeler Vehicles)

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process for the Driver post consists of the following stages:
- Skill Test
- Viva-Voce / Interview
- Final Selection
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Candidates must submit the following documents along with the application form:
- Self-attested copies of all testimonials.
- Two recent passport-size photographs (self-attested).
- HSLC Pass Certificate and Marksheet.
- Valid LMV/Four Wheeler Driving License.
- Age Proof Certificate.
- Caste Certificate (if applicable).
- Any other relevant documents supporting eligibility.
HOW TO APPLY
- Download and fill out the prescribed Standard Form of Application published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required testimonials and two recent passport-size photographs (self-attested).
- Address the application to the District Secretary, DLSA, Tinsukia, Assam.
- Submit the application by dropping it in the “Drop Box for the post of Driver (Contractual)” placed at the office premises of the District Legal Services Authority, Tinsukia.
- Applications may also be sent by post to the office of the District Secretary, DLSA, Tinsukia.
- Ensure that the application reaches the office on or before 15 July 2026.

- Only eligible Indian candidates can apply
- The application must be submitted in the prescribed Standard Form of Application published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette.
- Candidates must attach self-attested copies of all testimonials and two recent passport-size photographs (self-attested).
- The minimum educational qualification is HSLC Pass.
- Candidates must possess a valid LMV/Four Wheeler Driving License.
- The age of the candidate should be between 18 and 40 years as on the date of submission of the application.
- Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government norms.
- Incomplete or belated applications will be rejected summarily.
- Applications received after 15 July 2026 will not be entertained.
- Candidates must appear for the Skill Test and Viva-Voce/Interview as part of the selection process.
- The final selection will be based on the aggregate marks obtained in the Skill Test and Viva-Voce/Interview.
