Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biswanath, Assam has released an official recruitment notification for the post of Bench Clerk (Grade-II). Applications are invited from experienced employees working under the establishment of Chief Judicial Magistrates of Assam. Interested and eligible candidates may apply through proper channel before the last date.

RECRUITMENT OVERVIEW

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Applicant must have completed at least 7 years of service under the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate in Assam.
2. Out of the total service period, candidates must have at least 2 years of continuous service as:

• U.D. Assistant (re-designated as Senior Administrative Assistant),OR
• Bench Clerk Grade-III.

Candidates having experience of working in Bench sections of Chief Judicial Magistrate establishments will get preference.

The selection process will be conducted on the basis of:

1. Seniority-cum-Meri
2. Interview/Viva-Voce
3. Assessment of last five years’ ACRs
4. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks fixed by the Selection Board for final appointment.

• Three recent passport-size photographs
• Experience certificate issued by the respective Chief Judicial Magistrate
• Self-attested copies of educational qualification certificates
• Copy of Service Book
• Copies of ACRs for the last five years
