Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess either of the following qualifications:

Option 1

•  Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Call Centre involving receiving and processing calls and data management in a Government, Semi-Government, or Reputed Private Organization.

OR 

Option 2

•  HSSLC (10+2) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Call Centre involving receiving and processing calls and data management in a Government, Semi-Government, or Reputed Private Organization. 

Additional Eligibility

Candidates must also have:

• At least 6 months Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application, or proven skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Database, Internet Surfing, etc., supported by work experience.
• Fluency in English and Assamese (both spoken and written).

Age Limit

•  The candidate's age should be as per Government regulations.

Salary

• Monthly Remuneration - ₹16,590/- (Fixed)

The selection of candidates will be based on the following stages:

• Computer-Based Skill Test
• Interview

Important Selection Criteria

• Only candidates whose application forms are found to be correct will be called for the computer-based skill test.
• Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the skill test to qualify for the interview.
• The date, time, and venue for the skill test and interview will be communicated separately to eligible candidates.
