The Assam Cricket Association (ACA) has released an official recruitment notification for the engagement of Coaches and Technical Staff for Assam State Cricket Teams for the BCCI Domestic Season 2026-27. Eligible and experienced candidates can apply for various posts including Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Physiotherapist, Video Analyst, Sports Psychologist, and others.

1. Head Coach for Assam Under-23, Under-19, and Under-16 Teams (Men)
2. Head Coach for Assam Senior, Under-23, Under-19, and Under-15 Teams (Women)
3. Assistant Coaches / Trainers / Physiotherapists for Assam Senior, Under-23, Under-19, and Under-16 Teams (Men)
4. Assistant Coaches / Trainers / Physiotherapists for Assam Senior, Under-23, Under-19, and Under-15 Teams (Women)
5. Video Analysts (Men & Women): Senior, Under-23 & Under-19 Teams
6. Mental Conditioning Coach / Sports Psychologist (Men & Women Teams)
7. Masseur / Sports Massage Therapist (Senior Men & Women Teams)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For Sl. No. 1 & 2

Professionally qualified candidates with:

• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience with State Cricket Teams (Men)
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience with State Cricket Teams (Women)

For Sl. No. 3 & 4

Professionally qualified candidates with:

• At least 3 years of experience in handling State Cricket Teams (Men)
• At least 2 years of experience for Women’s teams

For Sl. No. 5

• Candidates must be qualified BCCI-certified Analysts
• Must have on-field experience in at least 3 BCCI matches

For Sl. No. 6

• Professionally qualified candidates with relevant experience in sports psychology / mental conditioning

For Sl. No. 7

• Professionally qualified candidates with relevant experience in sports massage therapy

SALARY/REMUNERATION

The remuneration and perks will be negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience, and role.
