Educational Qualification – APSSB MTS Recruitment 2026
Candidates applying for the APSSB MTS Recruitment 2026 must meet the following educational qualification criteria:

Eligibility Criteria – APSSB MTS Recruitment 2026
- Candidates must be citizens of India and inhabitants of Arunachal Pradesh.
- Candidates must possess a valid Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Arunachal Pradesh issued by the designated competent authority under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
- Candidates must be original inhabitants of Arunachal Pradesh.
- Candidates must possess an Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
- The certificate must comply with the applicable Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950, as amended from time to time.
- Candidates must be able to speak any of the Indigenous Tribal Languages of Arunachal Pradesh included in the prescribed list under the applicable Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950, as amended from time to time.
- Candidates must also possess working knowledge of the local indigenous tribes.
- The language test implementation mechanism will follow the relevant Government of Arunachal Pradesh notification dated 26 August 2026.
