Sri Sri Aniruddhadeva Sports University (SASU), Chabua, Dibrugarh, Assam, has released a recruitment notification for eligible Indian citizens for the posts of Professor in Sports Management/Management, Finance & Accounts Officer and Librarian. 1. Professor in Sports Management / Management

Candidates must fulfil either Eligibility A or Eligibility B.

Eligibility A

• An eminent scholar with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned, allied or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
• A total research score of 120 as per the applicable UGC criteria.
• At least 10 years of teaching experience in a University/College as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor, and/or research experience at an equivalent level in a University/National Level Institution.
• Evidence of successfully guiding doctoral candidates.

Eligibility B

An outstanding professional having a Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied/applied discipline from an academic institution or industry, who has made a significant contribution to knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, supported by documentary evidence and having 10 years of experience.

2. Finance & Accounts Officer

Candidates should have:

• A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks, or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.

Experience

• At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above,
• or
• At least 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above, including service as an Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration.
• or
• Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education.
• or
• At least 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

3. Librarian

Candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks, or an equivalent grade.

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience as a Librarian at any level in a University Library,
• or
• 10 years of teaching experience as an Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science,
• or
• 10 years of experience as a College Librarian.
