Premium Registration Office (PRO) Setup Tender Assam 2026
The Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Assam has invited online bids from eligible bidders for the engagement of a firm to set up Premium Registration Offices (PRO) in Assam.
The selection of the bidder will be conducted through an Open Competitive Bidding process using a two-bid system (Technical Bid and Financial Bid). The procurement process will follow the provisions of the Assam Public Procurement Act, 2017 and Assam Public Procurement Rules, 2020 (as amended).

Technical Bid Opening: 08 April 2026 (2:00 PM)
Bid Submission Process
Interested bidders must submit their bids online through the Assam e-Procurement Portal.
In addition to online submission, bidders must also submit the hard copy of the Power of Attorney and original Bank Guarantee to the following office before the deadline:

Late submissions will be rejected summarily.
