The CIPET Project Saksham Free Skill Development Training 2026 is a residential skill development programme conducted by CIPET: CSTS-Guwahati in association with NTPC, Bongaigaon under its CSR initiative, Project Saksham. The programme offers free training in Machine Operator – Injection Moulding for 50 eligible candidates, with a training duration of 600 hours (4 months). Eligibility
Candidates must meet any one of the following qualification/experience requirements:
- 11th Standard passed; OR
- 10th Standard passed + 1.5 years relevant experience; OR
- 8th Standard passed + 4.5 years relevant experience; OR
- Previous relevant NSQF Level 3 qualification + 1.5 years relevant experience.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
