The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division-II (Erstwhile AHSEC), has officially declared the Higher Secondary (HS) Final Examination 2026 Rechecking Results. Candidates who applied for rechecking of answer scripts along with scanned copies can now check their results online and download their digital rechecking marksheet.

ASSEB HS Rechecking Result 2026
According to the official notification issued by ASSEB, candidates who applied for rechecking of their Higher Secondary Final Examination 2026 answer scripts can now access their rechecking results online. The scanned copy of the answer script will be sent to the candidate's registered email address provided during the application process.
Students can download their digital rechecking marksheet from the official website starting from 07:00 PM on 05 June 2026.

Follow the steps below to download your rechecking marksheet:
- Visit the official ASSEB HS portal.
- Click on the HS Rechecking Result 2026 link.
- Enter your Roll and Number in the required format.
- Submit the details.
- Download and save your digital rechecking marksheet for future reference.

₹500 per subject (for both rechecking + scanned copy)
WHAT DOES RECHECKING INCLUDE
Rechecking does NOT mean re-evaluation. It includes:
- Re-totaling of marks
- Checking unanswered questions
- Correction of marking errors
- Scaned Copy will be send to Registered E-mail ID
- Examiner identity will be hidden
- Cannot be used for legal or public purposes

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER
- Scanned copies of answer scripts will be sent to candidates through their registered email IDs.
- Digital rechecking marksheets can be downloaded online from the official website.
- If there is any change in marks after rechecking, a revised Certificate-cum-Marksheet will be issued by the Board.
- Candidates must submit their original Certificate-cum-Marksheet to the Board office to obtain the revised document.
- Revised Certificate-cum-Marksheets will not be sent to schools, candidates, or any other agency by post.
- Candidates must collect the revised Certificate-cum-Marksheet within 30 days from the declaration of rechecking results. After that, no revised document will be issued.
