ELIGIBILITY
1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Farmer Producer Company
- Graduate in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Management, Commerce, Economics or related field.
- Experience in Farmer Producer Company (FPC), agri-business, rural development, marketing, or enterprise management preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills required.
- Candidate having work experience in a Seed / Fertiliser company will be considered
2. IT cum Admin
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, internet handling, data management, and office administration.
- Candidates with relevant work experience will get preference.
3. Sales and Marketing Executive
- Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business promotion, or rural market linkage preferred.
- Good communication and field coordination skills required.
4. Warehouse Incharge
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in warehouse management, stock handling, inventory maintenance, and logistics preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge desirable.
