Royal Global University of Assam has announced a walk-in interview for several non-teaching positions. interested and eligible candidayes can attend the interview on 27th May 2026 with their updated resume and required documents.

RECRUITMENT OVERVIEW

NAME OF POSTS & ELIGIBILITY DETAILS

1. HR Head

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a reputed organization with more than 100 employees.
• Candidates should have strong knowledge of Labour Laws and HR practices.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in educational institutions.

2. Security Officer

• Retired officers from Army, Police, or Paramilitary forces will be preferred.

3. Placement Officer

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM.
• Experience: 5–7 years.
• Candidates should have experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations.

4. Alumni Relations Executive

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Experience: 5–7 years.
• Candidates should have experience in alumni engagement and event coordination.

5. Purchase Officer

• Experience: 3–5 years.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control is required.

6. Accounts Executive

• Qualification: M.Com/CA Inter.
• Experience: 3–5 years.
• Knowledge of GST, PF, TDS, and ESI is required.

7. Hostel Warden (Male/Female)

• Candidates should have hostel administration experience.
• Minimum age should be 35 years.
• Accommodation facility will be provided.

8. Liaison Officer

• Qualification: Postgraduate.
• Experience: 5–10 years.
• Candidates should have experience in government liaisoning and administration.

9. Protocol Officer

• Qualification: Postgraduate.
• Experience: 5–10 years.
• Experience in protocol management and VIP handling is required.

10. Floor Manager / Front Desk Executive

• Qualification: Graduate with good communication skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Experience: 3–5 years.
• Candidates should have experience in front desk operations and VIP handling.

11. Telecaller

• Qualification: Graduate.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

12. Floor Manager / Front Desk Executive (Handling Operations)

• Experience: 3–5 years.
• Candidates should have experience in handling front desk and floor operations with good communication skills.

13. Lab Instructor Vacancies

The university is also hiring Lab Instructors for the following departments:

• Agriculture – B.Sc. Agriculture
• Hotel Management (Bakery) – Bachelor’s/Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery
• Pharmacy – Diploma in Pharmacy
• Radiography – Bachelor’s/Diploma in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology or equivalent qualification
