NRDS Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for Multiple Positions Under DDU-GKY 2.0 Project

NRDS Management Pvt. Ltd. has released a recruitment notification inviting applications from eligible candidates for various positions under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY 2.0) implementation project in Assam. The organisation is seeking experienced and qualified professionals for leadership, finance, training, counselling, quality management, placement, mobilization, and administrative roles.

1. State Head

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: More than 5 years of experience in managing DDU-GKY projects.
• Salary: ₹60,000 per month onwards.

2. Finance Head

• Qualification: M.Com or an equivalent degree in Finance
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in DDU-GKY projects.
• Salary: ₹45,000 per month onwards.

3. Centre Manager

• Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in DDU-GKY project implementation.
• Salary: ₹35,000 per month onwards.

4. Quality Head

1. Qualification: Graduate.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years in DDU-GKY projects.
3. Salary: ₹35,000 per month onwards.

5. Quality Team Member

• Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience: At least 3 years in DDU-GKY projects.
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month onwards.

6. MIS Executive

• Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in computer applications, data management, and DDU-GKY project MIS work.
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month onwards.

7. Counsellor

• Qualification: Graduate with proficiency in English, Assamese, and Hindi.
• Experience: Preference for candidates with counselling or project-related experience.
• Salary: ₹20,000 per month onwards.

8. Placement Team Member

• Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience: Good communication skills and industry networking experience relevant to DDU-GKY placements.
• Salary: ₹30,000 per month onwards.

9. Mobilizer

• Qualification: HS Passed (10+2).
• Experience: Community mobilization experience preferred.
• Salary: ₹20,000 per month onward

10. Domain Trainer – GDA

• Qualification: GNM qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. TOT-certified candidates will be given preference.
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month onwards.

11. Domain Trainer – SMO

• Qualification: HSLC Passed.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in the sewing sector.
• Salary: ₹15,000 per month onwards.

12. Trainer – IT Skills

• Qualification: Graduate with a one-year Diploma in Computer Applications.
• Salary: ₹20,000 per month onwards.

13. Trainer – Soft Skills

• Qualification: Graduate with good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Salary: ₹20,000 per month onwards.
