Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tinsukia has invited applications from eligible candidates in Standard Form for filling up vacant posts in the Establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tinsukia.

EDUCATIONAL  QUALIFICATION

• Candidates must have passed Class VIII (8th Standard) from a recognized institution.
• HSSLC (Higher Secondary) passed candidates are not eligible to apply for these posts.
• Candidates possessing any qualification higher than HSSLC shall also be ineligible for consideration.
• Only candidates meeting the prescribed educational qualification criteria are eligible to submit applications.

AGE LIMIT

• Minimum Age - 18 Years
• Maximum Age- 40 Years
• Age is calculated as on 1 st January ,2026

Age Relaxation

•  SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC/MOBC : 3 YEARS
• PwBD- 10 YEARS

EMPLOYMENT EXCHABGE

• Candidates must have a valid Employment Registration Number for the State of Assam
• The Registration must be valid as on the last date of submission of application form.

SELECTION PROCESS

The Final Selection will be made on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in interview/viva-voce.

Candidates must submit the following documents along with the application form:

• Self-attested copy of Educational Qualification Certificate.
• Self-attested copy of Age Proof Certificate.
• Self-attested copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable).
• Self-attested copy of Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
• Self-attested copies of Experience Certificates (if any).
• Two recent passport-size photographs.
• Self-declaration regarding the candidate's latest educational qualification.

• Clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelope.
• Attach all required self-attested testimonials and documents along with the application form.
• Candidates must mention their valid Employment Exchange Registration Number and registration date in the application.
• Provide a valid contact/mobile number in the application form.
• Submit a self-declaration regarding your latest educational qualification.
• Candidates already in service must apply through proper channel.
