- PGT (Computer Science): Pay Level-8, Rs. 47,600 plus allowances
- TGT (English): Pay Level-7, Rs. 44,900 plus allowances
- School Medical Officer: Rs. 80,000 per month
- PGT Mathematics/Physics: Rs. 57,120 per month
- TGT Computer Science: Rs. 53,880 per month

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
PGT (Computer Science) – Regular
- M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or MCA with at least 50% marks, OR
- M.E./M.Tech. (Computer Science/IT) with at least 50% marks.
- B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution with at least 50% marks or equivalent integrated teacher education qualification.
TGT (English) – Regular
- Four-year integrated degree with English and B.Ed. component with at least 50% marks, OR
- Bachelor's Degree with English as a main/elective subject and B.Ed. with at least 50% marks.
- Must have qualified CTET/STET.
School Medical Officer (SMO)
- MBBS Degree from a recognized institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in Pediatrics and relevant experience.
PGT (Mathematics)
- Integrated Post Graduate Course in Mathematics with B.Ed. component, OR
- Master's Degree in Mathematics with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
PGT (Physics)
- Integrated Post Graduate Course in Physics with B.Ed. component, OR
- Master's Degree in Physics with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
TGT (Computer Science)
- BCA with at least 50% marks, OR
- Graduation in Computer Science/IT with at least 50% marks, OR
- B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT) with at least 50% marks.
- B.Ed. qualification.
- Must have qualified CTET/STET.
School Counsellor
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Psychology, OR
- Post Graduation in Child Development, OR
- Graduation/Post Graduation with Diploma in Career Guidance & Counselling/Child Development.
Librarian
- Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science with at least 50% marks.
- Ability to converse fluently in English.
Craft & Workshop Instructor
- Matriculation or equivalent.
- Two-year Trade Certificate from a recognized ITI in Painting/Fine Arts.
- Ability to teach through English medium.
Band Master
- Potential Band Master/Band Major/Drum Major Course from AEC Training College & Centre, Pachmarhi, OR
- Equivalent Naval/Air Force course.
Lab Assistant (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)
- Intermediate Science or equivalent in the relevant subject from a recognized board/institution.
Mess Manager
- Matriculation or equivalent.
- Diploma/Degree in Catering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a catering organization.
- Knowledge of computer applications and mess accounts.
Matron
- Matriculation or equivalent
- Ability to converse fluently in English.
Ward Boy
- Matriculation or equivalent.
- Ability to converse fluently in English.
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process for both Regular and Contractual posts at Sainik School Goalpara will consist of the following stages:
- Written Test
- Demonstration Test / Skill Test (as applicable to the post)
- Interview
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process. The date of the test/interview will be communicated to eligible candidates through their registered email ID. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection process. Candidates should be prepared to stay an additional day if required during the recruitment process.
