RRB Technician Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 6,557 Technician Grade-I Signal & Grade-III Vacancies
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), Ministry of Railways, Government of India has released the Centralised Employment Notification (CEN No. 02/2026) for the recruitment of Technician Grade-I Signal and Technician Grade-III posts. A total of 6,557 vacancies have been announced across all participating Railway Recruitment Boards.
Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online only through the official RRB website from 30 June 2026 to 29 July 2026.

Educational Qualification
- The candidate must possess the prescribed educational and technical qualification on or before 29 July 2026 .
- Candidates awaiting the final result of the required qualification obtained after 29 July 2026 are not eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification for Technician Grade-I Signal
Candidates must have any one of the following qualifications:
1. B.Sc. in any of the following subjects:
- Physics
- Electronics
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Instrumentation
OR
2. Three-Year Diploma in Engineering OR Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) in any of the following disciplines:

- Information Technology
Educational Qualification for Technician Grade-III
Candidates must have:
- Matriculation (10th/SSLC) from a recognised Board and
- ITI from an NCVT/SCVT recognised institution in the relevant trade,
OR
- Matriculation (10th/SSLC/HSLC) plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA) in the relevant trade.

- Mobile number and Email ID used during account creation cannot be changed later.
- Only one online application is allowed for all notified posts under the same Pay Level.
- Separate applications must be submitted for each Pay Level.
