EDUCATRIONAL QUALIFICATION, ELIGIBILITY & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. For Deputy Adviser (Medicinal Plants)
Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Botany, Pharmacognosy, Agriculture, Agronomy or Forestry from a recognized University.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in research, development, policy formulation, programmes, and implementation related to medicinal plants.
Eligibility:
- Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
- Officers with 5 years of regular service in Level-11 (Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700) or equivalent.
Desirable:
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of computer applications.
2. For Assistant Adviser (Botany)
Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Botany or Pharmacognosy.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the development and propagation of medicinal plants, particularly those used in Ayurveda, Unani, and Homoeopathy.
Eligibility:
- Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
- Officers with 5 years of regular service in Level-9; OR
- Officers with 8 years of regular service in Level-6 or equivalent.
Desirable:
- Ph.D. in Botany or Pharmacognosy.
- Published research work.
3. For Finance & Administrative Officer
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, establishment, and accounts matters.
Eligibility:
- Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
- Officers with 5 years of regular service in Level-9; OR
- Officers with 8 years of regular service in Level-6 or equivalent.
4. For Research Officer (Botany)
Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Botany or Pharmacy (Pharmacognosy as main subject).
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the identification of medicinal plants and drugs used in Indian Systems of Medicine.
Eligibility:
- Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
- Officers with 3 years of regular service in Level-6; OR
- Officers with 8 years of regular service in Level-5.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of pharmacopoeial standards and taxonomical identification of medicinal plants.
5. For Assistant Research Officer
Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Botany, Pharmacognosy, Forestry, Agriculture, Horticulture, Medicinal Plants, Biotechnology or Pharmacy (with Pharmacognosy as a main subject).
Experience Required:
- Knowledge of computer operations.
Eligibility:
- Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
- Officers with 3 years of regular service in Level-6; OR
- Officers with 6 years of regular service in Level-5 or equivalent.
6. For Accountant
Experience Required:
- Successfully completed a 9-week training course in Cash and Accounts from ISTM or an equivalent institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cash handling, accounts, and budget-related work.
Eligibility:
- Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA) with 8 years of regular service in Level-4; OR
- Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
- Officers with 6 years of regular service in Level-5 or equivalent.

AGE LIMIT
The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

SELECTION PROCESS
Selection will be made on a deputation basis as per the eligibility criteria and conditions prescribed by the Ministry of AYUSH and Government of India.
IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
- Duly filled and signed application form in the prescribed format Annexure-II Attached with the Advertisement
- Attested copies of educational qualification certificates and mark sheets.
- Proof of date of birth.
- Experience certificates supporting the required work experience.
- Copies of documents relating to the present post and service details.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate issued by the parent department.
- Integrity Certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Photocopies of APAR/ACR dossiers for the last five years, duly attested on each page
- Certificate from the parent department confirming eligibility as per the recruitment notification.
- No Penalty Certificate indicating that no major or minor penalty has been imposed during the preceding ten years.
- Any additional certificates, training records, awards, publications, or achievements supporting the candidature.
- Recent passport-size photograph.
