Negative Marking
- For both Phase-I and Phase-II objective tests, 1/4 of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for every wrong answer.

After the Main Examination objective test, candidates will take a 30-minute Descriptive English Test carrying 30 marks:
- Essay – 10 marks
- Précis – 10 marks
- Comprehension – 10 marks
The Descriptive Test is qualifying in nature, and its marks are not counted for shortlisting for Interview or final selection.
