EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1.For Executive (ERP)
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in any discipline.
- Mandatory SAP HCM Certification (SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central).
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in SAP ERP HCM implementation, support, rollout, payroll, ESS/MSS, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
Desirable Qualification:
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Personnel Management.
2. For Executive (HR) – Corporate Communication
Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication or Journalism (2-year full-time course).
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience in Corporate Communication/Public Relations.
- Media planning, press relations, branding, content creation, and social media management.
Desirable Qualification:
- Knowledge Management System experience.
3.For Executive (Civil) FTB-5
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience in Hydropower/PSP projects.
- Planning, survey, investigation, and construction activities.
Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in DPR preparation.

Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in overall security management systems.
7.For Executive (Law)
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time LLB or equivalent Law Degree.
Experience:
- 6 years legal practice in courts as Advocate/Judicial Service.

- Experience in CPSU/Government legal matters.

8.For Executive (Safety)
Educational Qualification:
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering + Full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety.

JOB TENURE
- All posts under NEEPCO Recruitment 2026 are being filled on a Fixed Term Basis.
- The initial tenure of appointment will be 3 years.
- The contract may be extended for up to 2 additional years, one year at a time, based on the candidate's performance and NEEPCO's requirements.
- Therefore, the maximum tenure can be up to 5 years (3 years + 2 years extension).

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER
- Only Indian Nationals above 18 years are eligible to apply
- Age limit will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
- Reserved category candidates must possess valid SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD certificates.
