NEEPCO Executive Recruitment 2026 for 36 Posts – Online Application Started

North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC and a Government of India Enterprise, has released an official recruitment notification for 36 Executive posts on a fixed-term basis. Eligible candidates can apply online for positions in ERP, Corporate Communication, Civil, Security, Law, Safety, Finance,  and Medical disciplines. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1.For Executive (ERP)

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in any discipline.
• Mandatory SAP HCM Certification (SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central).

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in SAP ERP HCM implementation, support, rollout, payroll, ESS/MSS, data migration, testing, and go-live support.

Desirable Qualification:

• MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Personnel Management.

2. For Executive (HR) – Corporate Communication

Educational Qualification:

• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication or Journalism (2-year full-time course).

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years experience in Corporate Communication/Public Relations.
• Media planning, press relations, branding, content creation, and social media management.

Desirable Qualification:

• Knowledge Management System experience.

3.For Executive (Civil) FTB-5

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years experience in Hydropower/PSP projects.
• Planning, survey, investigation, and construction activities.

Desirable Qualification:

• Experience in DPR preparation.
• Knowledge of CEA DPR Guidelines.
• SAP S/4 HANA proficiency.

4.For Executive (Civil) FTB-4

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years experience in Hydropower/PSP projects.

Desirable Qualification:

• Survey & investigation works.
• DPR preparation experience.
• SAP S/4 HANA knowledge.

5. For Executive (Civil) FTB-1

Educational Qualification:

• Full-timeBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• OR
• 3-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• Degree Holders: Minimum 1 year experience.
• Diploma Holders: Minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience in Survey & Investigation works of Hydro Power/PSP Projects.

Desirable Qualification:

• SAP S/4 HANA proficiency.
• Technical documentation and report writing skills.

6.For Executive (Security)

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 9 years service in Armed Forces as Captain/Major/Lt. Colonel.
• OR
• DSP/SP or equivalent rank in Central/State Police Organizations.

Desirable Qualification:

• Experience in overall security management systems.

7.For Executive (Law)

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time LLB or equivalent Law Degree.

Experience:

•  6 years legal practice in courts as Advocate/Judicial Service.
• OR
• Experience in CPSU/Government legal matters.
• OR
• 9 years experience in next lower grade in CPSU/GOI/State Government.

Desirable Qualification:

• Experience representing organizations in courts.

8.For Executive (Safety)

Educational Qualification:

•  Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering + Full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• OR
• Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years experience in industrial safety compliance.

Desirable Qualification:

• Safety audits.
• Fire-fighting training.
• Safety awareness programs.

9.For Executive (Finance) FTB-4

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate with CA/CMA.
• OR
• MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years experience in Finance/Accounts.

Desirable Qualification:

• Experience in PSU/Government finance systems.

10.For Executive (Finance) FTB-2

Educational Qualification:

•  Graduate with CA/CMA.
• OR
• MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience:

• Nil

Desirable Qualification:

• Finance and accounting exposure.

11.For Executive (Medical)

Educational Qualification:

• MBBS.
• Preferably PG Degree/Diploma in Medical Science.
• Registered with Indian Medical Council.

Experience:

• Preferably 1 year experience after internship in a reputed hospital or industry.

Desirable Qualification:

• Ability to handle medical emergencies.
• Factory Medical Officer experience.

AGE LIMIT & SALARY

JOB TENURE

• All posts under NEEPCO Recruitment 2026 are being filled on a Fixed Term Basis.
• The initial tenure of appointment will be 3 years.
• The contract may be extended for up to 2 additional years, one year at a time, based on the candidate's performance and NEEPCO's requirements.
• Therefore, the maximum tenure can be up to 5 years (3 years + 2 years extension).
