The Indian Institute of Management Guwahati (IIM Guwahati) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officer, Stores & Purchase Officer, Assistant Librarian, Accountant, Junior Engineer(Civil) & Junior Assistant posts. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. Assistant Administrative Officer

Educational Qualification

• Master's Degree in Management, Administration, Commerce, or related discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in academic administration or institutional operations
• Experience in reputed educational institutions such as IIMs, IITs, etc. will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and office management systems.

Age: Maximum 55 years (No Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen for this particular position)      

2. Stores & Purchase Officer

Educational Qualification

• Master's Degree in Management, Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in Stores & Purchase functions.
• Experience in Government Departments, PSU, or Central Autonomous Bodies preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, GeM Portal, GFR 2017, FR & SR, and Government procurement procedures.

Age: Maximum 55 years (No Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen for this particular position)    

3. Assistant Librarian

Educational Qualification

• Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc).
• NET/SLET/SET qualified.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in academic, institutional, or research libraries.
• Knowledge of library automation software, digital library systems, and e-resource management.

Age: Maximum 55 years (No Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen for this particular position)  

4. Accountant

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting/Finance.
• Candidates with M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, ICWA, or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, or Audit.
• Experience in educational institutions, autonomous bodies, or PSUs is desirable.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime, ERP systems, SAP tools, and Fixed Asset modules.

Age: Maximum 40 years as on the last date of application. The Institute provides age relaxation as per GOI  rules.  

5. Junior Engineer (Civil)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, infrastructure maintenance, and campus development activities.
• Experience in reputed educational institutions such as IIMs, IITs, etc. will be preferred.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.

6. Junior Assistant

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience

• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in educational institutions such as IIMs, IITs, etc.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding and experience of PGP classroom operations.
