Educational Qualification

1. Procurement Expert

Candidates should possess:

• First Class Engineering Degree (Preferably Civil Engineering) with MBA or Master's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years).
• OR
• Master's in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Higher qualifications in procurement will be preferred.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in project procurement and contract management.
• Experience in World Bank, ADB, AIIB, JICA or other externally aided projects is desirable.
• Good knowledge of GeM, Assam Tenders, GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017 and Procurement Rules 2020.

2. Procurement Associate

Candidates must possess:

• First Class B.E./B.Tech (Preferably Civil Engineering).
• Basic MOOC Certification in Public Procurement issued by the Finance Department, Government of Assam.

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years experience in public procurement for or on behalf of the Government of Assam.
• Experience in handling GeM and e-procurement systems is essential.
• Experience in EAP procurement will be an added advantage.
