RECRUITMENT OVERVIEW

VACANCY DETAILS

• Name of Post: Driver
• No. of Post: 1
• Monthly Salary: Rs. 15,000/-
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII Passed
• Required License: Valid LMV Driving License

The appointment will be purely temporary and contractual in nature. The contract period may be extended depending on performance and office requirements.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions before applying:

• Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam.
• Minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age should be 40 years as on 01 January 2026.
• Age relaxation will be provided as per Assam Government rules.
• Candidate must possess a valid LMV driving license.
• Candidates must also submit self-attested copy of certificate showing minimum three years experience in professional driving.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process for the Driver post will consist of the following stages:

1. Driving Skill Test

• Total Marks: 60
• Qualifying Marks: 40

2. Personal Interview

• Total Marks: 40

The selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in skill test (i.e. driving test) followed by interview. Only those candidates who secure minimum 60% (Sixty percent) marks in the skill test shall be called for the interview.

Candidates need to submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with the application form:

• Educational certificates
• Age proof certificate
• Employment Exchange Registration Card
• Valid LMV Driving License
• Experience certificate (if any)
• Two recent passport-size photographs
• Candidates must also mention their mobile number, preferably WhatsApp number, and email ID in the application form.
