Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri has released an official recruitment notification for the appointment of Chowkidar post under the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri. Interested and eligible candidates may apply in Standard Form before the last date.

RECRUITMENT OVERVIEW

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Applicant must be ClassVIII passed or HSLCpassed.
• Those, who have passed HSSLC or Class XII or equivalent examination or above shall not be eligible to apply.

2. OTHER ELIGIBILITY

• Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Candidate age must be between 18 years to 40 years as on 01 January 2026(Age relaxation will be provided as per Government of Assam rules.)
• Candidates must have valid Employment Exchange Registration.

AGE LIMIT

Candidates applying for the Chowkidar post must be:

1. Minimum Age: 18 Years
2. Maximum Age: 40 Years
3. The age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
4. Age relaxation will be applicable as per existing Government of Assam rules.

SELECTION PROCESS

Candidates applying for the post of Chowkidar will have to appear in:

• Interview / Viva-Voce of Total Marks 30

Applicants must submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with the application form:

• Educational qualification certificates
• Age proof certificate
• Experience certificate (if any)
• Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
• Three recent passport-size photographs
• Valid mobile number and email ID
• Caste certificate(If required)
