EDUCATIONAL WUALIFICATION
Candidates should possess:
Essential Qualification
- Master's Degree in Science from a recognized institute or university;
- OR
- Degree in Engineering from a recognized institute.
Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Science relating to Environment;
- OR
- M.Tech in Environmental Engineering.
Experience Required
Candidates must have:
- Twelve years experience in regular Group ‘A’ posts not below Level-11 of the Pay Matrix of the 7th Pay Commission.
- Officers holding analogous posts with 2 years of regular service in Level-13, or 6 years of regular service in Level-12 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix are also eligible.
AGE LIMIT
- As on 9 July 2026 Maximum Age: 56 Years
- Candidates should Born on or after 10 July 1970.
SALARY
- ₹1,31,100 to ₹2,16,600 per month according to Level-13A of the Pay Matrix (7th CPC)
