BTC Kokrajhar Recruitment 2026 – Forester & Forest Guard Posts (157 Vacancies)
The Central Selection Board (CSB), Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), Kokrajhar has invited online applications from eligible candidates of BTC area for recruitment to the posts of Forester-I and Forest Guard under the Forest Department, BTC. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website from 23 February 2026 to 15 March 2026.

Pay Scale
- Forester-I: ₹14,000 – ₹49,000 + Grade Pay ₹6,200
- Forest Guard: ₹14,000 – ₹49,000 + Grade Pay ₹5,600 btr
Educational Qualification
- Forester-I: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Forest Guard: HSLC (Class 10) or equivalent examination passed.
Age Limit
- 18 to 40 years as on 01-01-2026.
- Age relaxation:
SC/ST – 5 years
OBC/MOBC – 3 years.
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC/MOBC – 3 years.
Physical Standard
- Male Height: 163 cm (General), 153 cm (ST)
- Female Height: 153 cm (General), 145 cm (ST)
- Chest (Male): 79 cm (Normal), 84 cm (Expanded).
Application Fee
- General/OBC/MOBC: ₹150
- SC/ST: ₹100
- Payment through UPI, Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.
Selection Process
- Physical Fitness Test (26 km walk for male, 16 km for female within 4 hours)
- Written Examination (100 marks, objective type)
- Viva-Voce Test (20 marks).
