Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
Option 1
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering or an equivalent discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in system administration, network management and maintenance.
OR
Option 2
- Three-Year Diploma in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system administration, network management and maintenance.
Technical Expertise Required
Applicants should have practical knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Hardware & Peripherals
- Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Windows operating system installation and configuration.
- UPS, scanners and other IT equipment maintenance.
- CCTV surveillance systems and related hardware.
Networking
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, FTP and SMTP protocols.
- Configuration and management of routers, switches, VLANs and VPNs.
- LAN and Wi-Fi installation, troubleshooting and monitoring.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with e-Office and e-Governance platforms.
- Digital signature and dongle management.
- Active Directory, LDAP and Group Policy.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
- PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting.
- Database backup solutions and tools.
Salary
- Selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹32,000/-.
