Educational Qualification

Candidates must have any of the following qualifications from a recognized university or institution:

• B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engineering OR
• MCA / M.Sc (IT / Computer Science)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in e-Governance projects, government digital platforms, or IT project management will be preferred.

Essential Skills

Candidates should have experience in:

• Government e-Procurement / e-Tendering portals
• Uploading tender documents and corrigenda
• Downloading bid documents and assisting in bid evaluation
• Preparation of comparative statements and tender reports
• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) based systems
• Government IT platforms such as GeM, PFMS, DBT or similar e-governance systems
• Managing website portals, MIS systems, and databases
• Coordination with vendors, technical teams and government departments

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates having certification in:

• Project Management
• e-Governance
• Cyber Security
• Cloud Computing
• Data Management

Roles and Responsibilities

The Project Manager (IT) will be responsible for:

• Managing IT systems, digital platforms and infrastructure of the Board
• Handling the complete e-tendering process
• Ensuring smooth functioning of e-governance services and MIS systems
• Coordinating with software developers, IT vendors and service providers
• Ensuring data security, system integrity and regular backups
• Monitoring IT assets, software and hardware used by the Board
