In coordination with the District Administration of Tawang the Indian Army invites to participate in a recruitment rally at Tawang festival ground for the engagement of Civilian Porter on a temporary basis .

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- AGE: 18 to 40 years. Born between 10 November 1986 and 06 May 2008
- Health: Physically fit and acclimatized to high altitute terrain
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected porters will carry essential supplies and equipments,assist in logistics, undertake construction work and support camp infrastructure
SALARY
The engagement is temporary and remuneration is Rs 30,000 per Month
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
- Vaccination of both the doses of COVID-19
- Local PRC
- Aadhaar Card
- Police verification Certificate not older than 6 months
- Bank passbook or cancelled cheque
- 12 copies of recent passport size photograph, 4 with next to kin
- Fitness certificate to work in high altitutes by a registered Doctor
- Inner line permit to Tawang of Arunachal Pradesh
- Age Proof certificate like birth certificate/Civil Education Certificate/Aadhaar Card
- PMJJBY or Life Insurance Certificate

- Keep ready of all required documents mentioned above
- Apply for Inner Line Permit to Tawang of Arunachal Pradesh
- If you do not have Life Insurance apply for Life Insurance and take Original Document of the Insurance
- Find police verification certificate for the engagement
- Find Fitness certifictae to work in high altitutes by a registered Doctor
- After getting ready of all required documents present at tha Tawang Festival Ground at any days of 7 May to 14 May 2026
